Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees;
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees;
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs;
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection laws;
- Manage employee relations and address any conflicts or concerns;
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees;
- Create and maintain budgets for Human Resource departments;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Human Resource and Operations Management;
- Monitor and assist with general operational matters together with the relevant internal stakeholders as necessary, beyond the Human Resource function.
Experience
- Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources;
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations;
- Proven leadership and team management experience;
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
