Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations; 
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees; 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees; 
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs; 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection laws; 
  • Manage employee relations and address any conflicts or concerns; 
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees; 
  • Create and maintain budgets for Human Resource departments; 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Human Resource and Operations Management; 
  • Monitor and assist with general operational matters together with the relevant internal stakeholders as necessary, beyond the Human Resource function. 


  • Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations;
  • Proven leadership and team management experience;
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
