Company Introduction

Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and process payroll using the Indigo system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements;
  • Maintain employee records and update payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status;
  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations;
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Directors;
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related matters;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Directors to support overall business operations.

Experience

  • Possess a MQF Level 4 or an equivalent standard of education;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Fluent in both English and Maltese;
  • Previous experience with Indigo payroll is a valuable asset.
