Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system;
  • Handle and organize employee documentation;
  • Prepare and process data for international payrolls, liaising with third-party providers;
  • Assist senior HR team members throughout the recruitment and hiring process;
  • Support international recruitment efforts and internship programs;
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment setup and orientation schedules;
  • Ensure employee data and system accounts are accurate and regularly updated;
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to performance and year-end review processes;
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with international employment laws and regulations;
  • Manage offboarding procedures and documentation for departing employees;
  • Support the ongoing digitization and organization of employee records;
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare HR reports as needed;
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives;
  • Provide general administrative and facilities support to ensure smooth office operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or coordination roles is an asset;
  • Knowledge or experience with HR systems is advantageous;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or German are a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently;
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Genuine interest in international employment law and HR practices.
