Our client is a global investment firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system;
- Handle and organize employee documentation;
- Prepare and process data for international payrolls, liaising with third-party providers;
- Assist senior HR team members throughout the recruitment and hiring process;
- Support international recruitment efforts and internship programs;
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment setup and orientation schedules;
- Ensure employee data and system accounts are accurate and regularly updated;
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Assist with administrative tasks related to performance and year-end review processes;
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with international employment laws and regulations;
- Manage offboarding procedures and documentation for departing employees;
- Support the ongoing digitization and organization of employee records;
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare HR reports as needed;
- Collaborate with the Global HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives;
- Provide general administrative and facilities support to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or coordination roles is an asset;
- Knowledge or experience with HR systems is advantageous;
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or German are a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
