Company Introduction

Our client is a leading company in the hospitality and catering industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of work permit applications for third-country nationals and refugees;
  • Support the administration and renewal process of single permits in liaison with relevant authorities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams on matters related to Jobsplus, Identità, and employment documentation;
  • Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms;
  • Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling where required;
  • Prepare interview documentation and related administrative support material;
  • Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records and documentation;
  • Provide support with general HR administration duties and ongoing departmental tasks;
  • Assist with additional HR-related responsibilities as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience within HR administration, work permits, or a similar role;
  • HR certification or relevant qualification;
  • Familiarity with employment-related processes involving Jobsplus and Identità will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and, ideally, Maltese.
