Our client is a leading company in the hospitality and catering industry.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with the preparation and submission of work permit applications for third-country nationals and refugees;
- Support the administration and renewal process of single permits in liaison with relevant authorities;
- Collaborate with internal teams on matters related to Jobsplus, Identità, and employment documentation;
- Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms;
- Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling where required;
- Prepare interview documentation and related administrative support material;
- Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records and documentation;
- Provide support with general HR administration duties and ongoing departmental tasks;
- Assist with additional HR-related responsibilities as required.
Experience
- Previous experience within HR administration, work permits, or a similar role;
- HR certification or relevant qualification;
- Familiarity with employment-related processes involving Jobsplus and Identità will be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and, ideally, Maltese.
