Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the entire HR life cycle including actively contributing to the strategy to maximise our team’s performance;
  • Focus on talent acquisition whereby you will seek to attract the best talent;
  • Cultivate a sense of pride and ownership within all employees;
  • Build strong trusted relationships with each of our talents – empowering them, providing feedback and guidance;
  • Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process;
  • Onboarding newcomers to the company;
  • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration;
  • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements;
  • Developing adequate induction and training;
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development;
  • Managing succession planning of staff;
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process.


  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience in the Human Resources department, preferably within a dynamic and fast-moving environment;
  • A Degree level of education in a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of Maltese Employment Law;
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English.

Personal Skills

  • A strong work ethic, very sharp judgment and the ability to nurture a positive mindset are all solid ground for this position.
