Our client is a leading IT support provider specializing in assisting companies in all their IT needs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide first and second line support;
  • Support Microsoft Windows and business applications, including antivirus protection, email, updates, and authentication administration;
  • Ensure requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned, and responded to promptly according to agreed standards and procedures;
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and equipment;
  • Troubleshoot systems and network issues both on-site at clients' premises and at the office;
  • Deliver and set up IT hardware at client locations;
  • Monitor and maintain customers’ systems and networks;
  • Document new and existing setups and upgrades.

Experience

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical, hands-on role;
  • Hold an IT certificate or diploma;
  • Have a solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnets, routing, switching, and related networking concepts;
  • Be fluent in both English and Maltese;
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to your own car.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player.
