Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage enquiries from high-net-worth individuals and families, assessing their requirements and suitability for the relevant immigration programmes;
  • Advise prospective clients on available residence and citizenship pathways, including eligibility criteria, timelines, investment and property requirements, tax considerations, family dependants, and due diligence expectations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional introducers, including private banks, family offices, wealth managers, tax advisors, law firms, and international migration agents;
  • Prepare client proposals and engagement documentation and discuss commercial terms with prospective clients;
  • Represent the firm during client meetings and relevant industry events, both locally and internationally;
  • Manage prospective client pipelines from initial enquiry through to engagement, while monitoring and reporting on conversion;
  • Contribute to business development and wider strategic initiatives;
  • Manage residence and citizenship applications throughout the full application lifecycle;
  • Review source of wealth and source of funds documentation to ensure applications are appropriately supported prior to submission;
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and address queries, requests for clarification, and findings raised by the relevant authorities;
  • Manage the qualifying requirements associated with applications, including property arrangements, contributions, donations, insurance, and supporting documentation;
  • Liaise with relevant Maltese authorities and public bodies throughout the application process;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations regarding application progress and timelines;
  • Contribute to internal training initiatives and regulatory updates produced by the firm.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Malta’s high-value residence programmes and citizenship frameworks;
  • Direct experience preparing and reviewing source of wealth, source of funds, and due diligence documentation for high-net-worth applicants;
  • Previous experience in a client-facing advisory capacity;
  • A Degree in Law, or a strong background in tax or private client advisory, will be considered an asset;
  • Previous exposure to residence or citizenship programmes in other jurisdictions, including Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, the Caribbean, or the UAE, will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to advise international private clients professionally.
