Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective clients and stakeholders in the residency and immigration sector; support the development of new business opportunities and service offerings;
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence through webinars, industry events, and Mandarin-language marketing content;
  • Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and event participation; build and manage strong B2B relationships;
  • Convert B2C leads into closed sales through a hands-on, client-focused approach;
  • Guide clients throughout the full application process, including KYC, document collection, and submission, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction;
  • Stay up to date with immigration programme changes, legal developments, and relevant market trends in Malta and China.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in investment migration, international property, or a related sector;
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in high-value services or consulting;
  • Previous experience with Malta’s IIP, MPRP, or similar EU programmes is considered an asset;
  • Existing network of introducers or agents in China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan is highly desirable;
  • Familiarity with compliance and due diligence processes in immigration or investment migration.

Personal Skills

  • Native or fluent in Mandarin, with professional-level English proficiency;
  • Solid understanding of Chinese high-net-worth individuals and their motivations (education, lifestyle, wealth planning);
  • Proficient in the use of Chinese digital platforms for B2C and B2B communication;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and a client-centric mindset;
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Based in Malta or willing to relocate.
