Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to installation teams, providing clear instructions and ensuring they are briefed on any changes or updates prior to their client visits;
  • Facilitate the transfer of post-installation updates to the Customer Relations Department for necessary actions such as re-ordering and scheduling follow-up appointments;
  • Proactively follow up on any pending after-sales issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients to oversee the quality of installed goods, address any emerging issues, and ensure customer concerns are promptly addressed, thereby maintaining high levels of satisfaction;
  • Uphold the Company’s standard throughout all stages of the process.

Experience

  • Have a strong background in furniture installation techniques;
  • Hold a valid B driving license;
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English languages;
  • Be IT literate.

  • Have leadership skills with a knack for delegation and problem-solving;
  • Responsible and excellent communicator;
  • Skilled critical thinker capable of identifying company-beneficial issues.
