Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • In charge of the follow-up of insurance and services margin on a perimeter of countries;
  • Analysis of Realised Insurance Services Margin, Forecasts and Budgets;
  • Analysis of KPIs and explanation of variances relating to that perimeter of countries;
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports and presentations;
  • Follow-up of the insurance and services margin and monitoring of the unit margin and explain variances;
  • Monitoring and analysis of production and portfolio margin;
  • Ensure that the correct information has been provided by the country for Payments, Forecast and Budgeting;
  • Calculate and analyse the commission, production margin for the perimeter of countries;
  • Ensure that the forecasting tool has been updated with new products and the correct information is uploaded in the group’s consolidation reporting software;
  • Analysis of the Insurance Services margin;
  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of the Operations Expense report;
  • Preparation and follow up of insurance business plans, forecasts, budgets and midterm plans for projects as assigned.

Experience

  • Experience in a similar position within Insurance;
  • Be in the final stages of completing ACCA certification or equivalent qualification;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Knowledge in SAP is considered a bonus.

  • Be deadline oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
