Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Carry out independent and objective assurance and consulting tasks;
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, including preparing audit documentation, maintaining the audit file, and presenting and discussing audit findings;
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements;
  • Collaborate with different departments within the company as part of the audit process;
  • Review, track, and assess the execution of corrective actions;
  • Monitor company processes and activities to identify potential risks;
  • Provide advisory support during the introduction of new products, services, or systems;
  • Support the achievement of strategic audit goals.

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a banking environment or financial market, demonstrating the ability to perform tasks independently without operational management;
  • Proficient in the English language.

Personal Skills

  • Strong ability to work autonomously with excellent analytical skills, dependability, precision, attention to detail, and a conscientious approach to tasks;
  • Ability to complete audits within established deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
