- Carry out independent and objective assurance and consulting tasks;
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, including preparing audit documentation, maintaining the audit file, and presenting and discussing audit findings;
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements;
- Collaborate with different departments within the company as part of the audit process;
- Review, track, and assess the execution of corrective actions;
- Monitor company processes and activities to identify potential risks;
- Provide advisory support during the introduction of new products, services, or systems;
- Support the achievement of strategic audit goals.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a banking environment or financial market, demonstrating the ability to perform tasks independently without operational management;
- Proficient in the English language.

- Strong ability to work autonomously with excellent analytical skills, dependability, precision, attention to detail, and a conscientious approach to tasks;
- Ability to complete audits within established deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
