Our client is a well-known hotel.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to and log incoming IT support requests, aiming to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, either by phone or remotely;
- Manage incoming support emails, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed;
- Monitor critical issues to ensure timely deployment of relevant staff and resources;
- Procure hardware and software in accordance with established procedures;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using a systematic and analytical approach;
- Oversee IT security, backup protocols, and redundancy measures to safeguard systems;
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, ensuring records are accurate and equipment is added or removed as necessary;
- Manage staff user accounts for email and management information systems, processing approved updates efficiently;
- Provide email support for general IT access inquiries;
- Conduct regular IT checklists at each site to proactively identify and prevent common or recurring technical issues.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experienced working with Windows and Linux environments, network management, and cloud services.
