Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to and log incoming IT support requests, aiming to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, either by phone or remotely;
  • Manage incoming support emails, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed;
  • Monitor critical issues to ensure timely deployment of relevant staff and resources;
  • Procure hardware and software in accordance with established procedures;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using a systematic and analytical approach;
  • Oversee IT security, backup protocols, and redundancy measures to safeguard systems;
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, ensuring records are accurate and equipment is added or removed as necessary;
  • Manage staff user accounts for email and management information systems, processing approved updates efficiently;
  • Provide email support for general IT access inquiries;
  • Conduct regular IT checklists at each site to proactively identify and prevent common or recurring technical issues.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Experienced working with Windows and Linux environments, network management, and cloud services.

  • Strong communicator who is personable and supportive when assisting users;
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and implement new technologies.
