Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide first line support for local users;
- Troubleshooting IT problems and suggesting solutions;
- Installation and configuration of laptops;
- Network and equipment and IT Stock management;
- Induction of new users who join the company in IT related tasks;
- Assist with the IT configuration processes;
- Manage the monthly closing and reporting;
- Manage the creation of Master Policies, Local File Server Backups, audio files configuration and uploads and external hosting, including KPI and Incident Management;
- Coordinate monthly meetings with external entities
- Handle Domain management topics;
- Generate, maintain and periodically revise documentation related to systems and processes run within the company;
- Assist or/and update the IT Operations Manager on topics being managed;
- Advice and/or guide the IT Operations Manager on topics related to strategy;
- Operate within the Local IT Department team as a team player;
- General Backup of IT Operations Manager and other members of the IT Team as needed.
Experience
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in IT and/or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of SQL is a must

- Accurate and systematic in doing the job;
- Proficient in IT-related international standards, policies, methods and techniques;
- Be able to work independently and under limited supervision.
