Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide first line support for local users;
  • Troubleshooting IT problems and suggesting solutions;
  • Installation and configuration of laptops;
  • Network and equipment and IT Stock management;
  • Induction of new users who join the company in IT related tasks;
  • Assist with the IT configuration processes;
  • Manage the monthly closing and reporting;
  • Manage the creation of Master Policies, Local File Server Backups, audio files configuration and uploads and external hosting, including KPI and Incident Management;
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with external entities
  • Handle Domain management topics;
  • Generate, maintain and periodically revise documentation related to systems and processes run within the company;
  • Assist or/and update the IT Operations Manager on topics being managed;
  • Advice and/or guide the IT Operations Manager on topics related to strategy;
  • Operate within the Local IT Department team as a team player;
  • General Backup of IT Operations Manager and other members of the IT Team as needed.


  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in IT and/or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Able to produce technical documentation;
  • Accurate and systematic in doing the job;
  • Proficient in IT-related international standards, policies, methods and techniques;
  • Be able to work independently and under limited supervision.
