Company Introduction
Our client is a leading IT support provider specializing in assisting companies in all their IT needs.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide workstation and user support, including setup, configuration, and decommissioning of devices;
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications;
- Monitor support tickets and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
- Administer and maintain Wi-Fi networks and connectivity;
- Perform server backups and routine system checks to ensure data integrity;
- Handle basic networking tasks such as patching, crimping, and replacing UTP cables or ports;
- Deliver remote and on-site IT support to end-users as required;
- Maintain kiosks, digital signage, and other related devices;
- Support printers and other peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance;
- Update IT documentation and maintain accurate records of equipment and configurations.
Experience
- Prior experience in corporate IT support;
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques;
- Hold a valid driving licence.
Personal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
