Our client is a leading IT support provider specializing in assisting companies in all their IT needs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide workstation and user support, including setup, configuration, and decommissioning of devices;
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Monitor support tickets and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
  • Administer and maintain Wi-Fi networks and connectivity;
  • Perform server backups and routine system checks to ensure data integrity;
  • Handle basic networking tasks such as patching, crimping, and replacing UTP cables or ports;
  • Deliver remote and on-site IT support to end-users as required;
  • Maintain kiosks, digital signage, and other related devices;
  • Support printers and other peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance;
  • Update IT documentation and maintain accurate records of equipment and configurations.

Experience

  • Prior experience in corporate IT support;
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Hold a valid driving licence.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
