- Deliver technical support and resolve issues across systems, applications, and IT services;
- Gather and analyse business requirements to help design and implement tailored IT solutions;
- Assist in maintaining, optimising, and upgrading IT infrastructure and related services;
- Collaborate with colleagues on IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance IT operations.
Experience
- Solid knowledge of MS Windows environments, including MS SQL;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Information Architecture, Power Automate, and Dynamics is a plus;
- A diploma or accredited ICT certifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently;
- Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies;
- Ability to understand business processes and implement automation using available tools;
