Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver technical support and resolve issues across systems, applications, and IT services;
  • Gather and analyse business requirements to help design and implement tailored IT solutions;
  • Assist in maintaining, optimising, and upgrading IT infrastructure and related services;
  • Collaborate with colleagues on IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance IT operations.

Experience

  • Solid knowledge of MS Windows environments, including MS SQL;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Information Architecture, Power Automate, and Dynamics is a plus;
  • A diploma or accredited ICT certifications.

Personal Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently;
  • Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies;
  • Ability to understand business processes and implement automation using available tools;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
