Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Install and configure various software, hardware, operating systems and data networking equipment;
  • Provide resolutions or recommendations for problems assigned in specific product areas;
  • Responsible for the documentation of implemented projects;
  • Attend non–routine calls within a predefined time frame related to server, storage, networking and operating systems.


  • Knowledge of Windows Server Technologies and Microsoft 365 cloud;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or SharePoint online;
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops, networking devices, and security appliances;
  • Experience with Storage Area Networks, virtualization technologies, Data Protection Software, voice technologies, scripting language and/or Microsoft Azure will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • Good command of the English language.
