Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for both clients and candidates;
  • Foster and enhance client relationships by deeply understanding their hiring needs and providing innovative, customized recruitment solutions that drive their business forward;
  • Strategically identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, headhunting, networking, and internal resources;
  • Execute detailed interviews, evaluate candidate fit and present a shortlist of high-caliber professionals to clients;
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in our CRM system, keeping all candidate data, interview feedback, and client interactions meticulously updated and easily accessible;
  • Guide negotiations between clients and candidates to ensure a mutually satisfactory agreement on compensation, benefits, and start dates;
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to boost efficiency and elevate service quality;
  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships;
  • Stay ahead by staying informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices, and providing clients with expert talent acquisition insights;
  • Act as a company ambassador at events and activities, promoting our services as requested by management.

Experience

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, candidates with a background in recruitment, HR, or a Bachelor's degree in Psychology will be preferred;
  • A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with the motivation to develop and succeed in the role.

  • Driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results;
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, able to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, ensuring accurate management of candidate data and recruitment processes;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to connect with clients and candidates effectively;
  • Fluency in any foreign language is a valuable advantage.
