Our Client is a provider of trust and corporate services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support with the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies;
- Communicate with clients, advisors, intermediaries, banks, and government authorities via phone and email on routine matters;
- Coordinate information sharing and collaboration with internal departments;
- Prepare minutes, resolutions, and other documentation related to standard transactions;
- Assist with cash flow management, including processing payments, verifying receipts, documenting funds, and updating cash flow records;
- Ensure statutory records are accurately maintained and up to date at all times;
- Contribute to annual entity reviews, including updating Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation;
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards;
- Participate in non-complex project work as needed;
- Maintain accurate and organized online and manual filing systems for the team.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position;
- Have a minimum qualification of ‘A’ Level or its equivalent.
Personal Skills
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written;
- Proficient in letter writing;
- Solid numeracy skills and computer proficiency;
- Positive and proactive attitude;
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills;
- Capable of meeting deadlines with appropriate supervision.
