Our Client is a provider of trust and corporate services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support with the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies;
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, intermediaries, banks, and government authorities via phone and email on routine matters;
  • Coordinate information sharing and collaboration with internal departments;
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and other documentation related to standard transactions;
  • Assist with cash flow management, including processing payments, verifying receipts, documenting funds, and updating cash flow records;
  • Ensure statutory records are accurately maintained and up to date at all times;
  • Contribute to annual entity reviews, including updating Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards;
  • Participate in non-complex project work as needed;
  • Maintain accurate and organized online and manual filing systems for the team.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position;
  • Have a minimum qualification of ‘A’ Level or its equivalent.

Personal Skills

  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written;
  • Proficient in letter writing;
  • Solid numeracy skills and computer proficiency;
  • Positive and proactive attitude;
  • Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills;
  • Capable of meeting deadlines with appropriate supervision.
