Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and operators;
  • Manage and grow revenue across the assigned client portfolio;
  • Ensure optimal positioning of games by collaborating with clients on marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
  • Negotiate and maintain favourable commercial terms across all partnerships;
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to deliver effective promotional initiatives;
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by sharing industry knowledge and maintaining strong communication;
  • Provide ongoing support to operators, ensuring timely handling of requests and operational matters.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Account Manager role within the iGaming industry;
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth;
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market and operator needs;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to complete an initial training period in Taiwan.
