- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and operators;
- Manage and grow revenue across the assigned client portfolio;
- Ensure optimal positioning of games by collaborating with clients on marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
- Negotiate and maintain favourable commercial terms across all partnerships;
- Work closely with the internal marketing team to deliver effective promotional initiatives;
- Act as a trusted partner to clients by sharing industry knowledge and maintaining strong communication;
- Provide ongoing support to operators, ensuring timely handling of requests and operational matters.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Account Manager role within the iGaming industry;
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth;
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market and operator needs;
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;
- Willingness to complete an initial training period in Taiwan.
