Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategize, design, develop and implement operating models, and organizational constructs that enable our clients to change the manner in which they deliver value through marketing;
  • Assist companies in their digital transformation journey, from initial requirement discovery to implementation;
  • Take complex challenges and, use research, personal experience, business and technical assessment capabilities and customer experience acumen, clearly define problems, identify opportunities, drive innovative new ideas and recommend actionable, prioritize next steps to make a big impact on customer needs/goals;
  • Engage in projects that design and activate the company’s agency services;
  • Lead strategic engagements and teams that encompass a wide range of activities, including assessments and roadmaps to provide recommendations and activate new ways of working and enable leading digital platforms;
  • Manage business development initiatives including preparation of proposals, project estimation, solution architecture hypothesis and definition of methods and approach;
  • Manage projects including coordination of client communication, team resource allocation, quality management of deliverables and project schedule.

Experience

  • Have business experience as a shareholder, having run a business of certain substance ideally building it from the ground up;
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, as a digital/technology strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment;
  • Have a broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to client’s businesses;
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

  • Have strong soft skills.
