Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Offer daily administrative support to the Legal team.
  • Act as the bank's representative in securities waivers and cancellations.
  • Aid lawyers with pre- and post-deed preparations, including liaising with Notaries.
  • Assist the team managing the non-performing loan portfolio.
  • Perform other pertinent tasks as needed within the Legal team.

Experience

  • Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably with a credit, legal or recoveries background;
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English, both verbally and in writing.

Personal Skills

  • Mature personality with exceptional communication skills;
  • A team player who is organized and self-motivated;
  • Capable of working under pressure.
