Our client is a bank.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Offer daily administrative support to the Legal team.
- Act as the bank's representative in securities waivers and cancellations.
- Aid lawyers with pre- and post-deed preparations, including liaising with Notaries.
- Assist the team managing the non-performing loan portfolio.
- Perform other pertinent tasks as needed within the Legal team.
Experience
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably with a credit, legal or recoveries background;
- Fluent in both Maltese and English, both verbally and in writing.
Personal Skills
- Mature personality with exceptional communication skills;
- A team player who is organized and self-motivated;
- Capable of working under pressure.
