Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Legal Department;
  • Represent the Company in matters relating to waivers and cancellation of securities, as required;
  • Assist legal professionals with pre- and post-deed preparations, including coordination and communication with Notaries;
  • Support the team responsible for overseeing the non-performing loan portfolio;
  • Carry out additional duties within the Legal function as may be assigned from time to time.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a credit institution, ideally in a credit, legal, or recoveries-related role;
  • Previous exposure to banking documentation, securities, or loan-related processes will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Mature and professional approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English, written and spoken;
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Capable of performing efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
