Our client is a bank.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Legal Department;
- Represent the Company in matters relating to waivers and cancellation of securities, as required;
- Assist legal professionals with pre- and post-deed preparations, including coordination and communication with Notaries;
- Support the team responsible for overseeing the non-performing loan portfolio;
- Carry out additional duties within the Legal function as may be assigned from time to time.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a credit institution, ideally in a credit, legal, or recoveries-related role;
- Previous exposure to banking documentation, securities, or loan-related processes will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Mature and professional approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in both Maltese and English, written and spoken;
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Capable of performing efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
