Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage shipping-related documents;
  • Verify supplier invoicing and perform reconciliations;
  • Oversee vehicle registrations;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve daily operational, administrative, and logistical issues affecting deliveries and logistics performance;
  • Assist in other accounting duties as required.

Experience

  • Have a minimum of O’ Level education, including a background in Accounts;
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a strong asset;
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English is also required.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Willingness to take on responsibility;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
