Our client is a leading automotive company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage shipping-related documents;
- Verify supplier invoicing and perform reconciliations;
- Oversee vehicle registrations;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve daily operational, administrative, and logistical issues affecting deliveries and logistics performance;
- Assist in other accounting duties as required.
Experience
- Have a minimum of O’ Level education, including a background in Accounts;
- Previous experience in a similar role would be a strong asset;
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English is also required.

- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently;
