Our client is a leading import/export company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Troubleshoot and repair vending machines and other equipment as needed;
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on vending machines and other equipment;
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs;
- Ensure that all equipment is in good order;
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of vending machine maintenance and repair;
- Hold a valid and clean driving license.
Personal Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
