- Ensure the efficient running of branch operations on a daily basis;
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager on various operational and organizational tasks;
- Maintain and update the company’s property database with accurate information;
- Handle inquiries from clients and property owners regarding sales, rentals, and property management;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including Consultants and Managers;
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster positive client experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage;
- Must have access to dependable transportation;
- Familiarity with real estate processes, including sales and letting, is considered beneficial.

- Professional and approachable with a positive attitude;
- Independent worker who is proactive and solutions-oriented;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese;
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
