Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure the efficient running of branch operations on a daily basis;
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on various operational and organizational tasks;
  • Maintain and update the company’s property database with accurate information;
  • Handle inquiries from clients and property owners regarding sales, rentals, and property management;
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including Consultants and Managers;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster positive client experiences.

Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage;
  • Must have access to dependable transportation;
  • Familiarity with real estate processes, including sales and letting, is considered beneficial.

Personal Skills

  • Professional and approachable with a positive attitude;
  • Independent worker who is proactive and solutions-oriented;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
