Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and prioritize the issuance of bills;
  • Generate and dispatch invoices, and following up on payments;
  • Handle debt recovery processes;
  • Address client inquiries regarding invoices and resolving related issues;
  • Provide general support within the shipping department, including vessel release, crew certification, and filing or archiving tasks.

Experience

  • Possess a A-level standard education;
  • Proficient in computer applications with strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet management;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is advantageous.

Personal Skills

  • Confident and effective communicator in both Maltese and English;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure;
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
