Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and prioritize the issuance of bills;
- Generate and dispatch invoices, and following up on payments;
- Handle debt recovery processes;
- Address client inquiries regarding invoices and resolving related issues;
- Provide general support within the shipping department, including vessel release, crew certification, and filing or archiving tasks.
Experience
- Possess a A-level standard education;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial position will be considered an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Confident and effective communicator in both Maltese and English;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure;
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
