Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage thoughtfully with messages and comments across the company’s diverse social media platforms;
- Contribute to job board postings while maintaining a comprehensive list of active marketing channels;
- Provide support to the HR and Recruitment Coordinator as necessary;
- Facilitate business development by calling clients, initiating new leads, and presenting Muovo Job Board and JobMatch psychometric testing;
- Participate in meetings with managers or recruiters as required;
- Analyze and research various marketing and sales topics to help the company evolve and gain a competitive advantage;
- Create and maintain a detailed contact list for marketing and sales outreach;
- Conduct research and analysis on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth;
- Cultivate creativity by proposing innovative ideas to enhance workflow and documentation;
- Participate in training sessions as required;
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the dynamic needs of the company.
Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience with MS Office;
- Be fluent in the English language; Any additional languages will be considered a plus.
