Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities and ongoing projects;
  • Oversee brand identity and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
  • Plan, schedule, and manage monthly social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
  • Design and edit engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut;
  • Write compelling content for social media captions, newsletters, and blog posts;
  • Liaise with suppliers and printers for the production of marketing materials when needed;
  • Organise and coordinate events, managing logistics, promotion, and execution;
  • Carry out market research and data analysis to guide marketing and social media strategies;
  • Develop, implement, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels, including email newsletters, social media, websites, blogs, and digital platforms.

Experience

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and trends;
  • Skilled in graphic design, with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut;
  • Strong background in social media management, particularly across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
  • Experience in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp will be considered an asset;
  • Additional skills in photography and WordPress are considered a plus.

  • Highly creative with the ability to develop fresh concepts and engaging content;
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality;
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively;
  • Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal;
  • Fluent in English and Maltese, both spoken and written;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
