Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute a thoughtful and effective brand and marketing strategy for the Company, ensuring the unique value proposition is clearly communicated to captivate and connect with target audiences;
  • Create and launch comprehensive marketing campaigns that seamlessly combine digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels;
  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, understand customer needs, and identify growth opportunities;
  • Work collaboratively across departments such as sales, operations, and design to create a cohesive and unified brand experience;
  • Craft engaging and consistent brand messaging that aligns with the Company’s established identity;
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication materials;
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of brand initiatives;
  • Address potential brand challenges proactively to protect and enhance the Company’s reputation;
  • Foster meaningful partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and brands that reflect the Company’s values;
  • Ensure the brand's essence is integrated into every aspect of the customer experience to elevate satisfaction;
  • Manage the marketing budget wisely, optimizing spending for maximum brand impact;
  • Serve as a passionate and articulate representative of the Company, both internally and externally;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regularly reviewing and refining brand strategies for ongoing improvement.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in using a variety of marketing tools, software, and platforms, including design programs like Adobe Suite;
  • Experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
