Our client is a leading provider of residential care services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and produce engaging visual and multimedia content, including photography, video, and graphic design, for use across all brand platforms and media.
- Design, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across both digital (social media, websites, email) and traditional (TV, print, events, on-site) channels, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic goals;
- Track and assess the performance of marketing initiatives, delivering actionable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement;
- Maintain and manage content calendars for websites and social platforms, ensuring a steady stream of creative and relevant content;
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all touchpoints, including the Company's properties, such as digital screens, noticeboards, signage, and internal communications;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the operational team, while coordinating closely with the central marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans;
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers to boost brand visibility and expand audience reach;
- Proactively manage community engagement by responding to followers and encouraging interaction across social media and other customer-facing platforms.
Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Arts, or a related discipline;
- Supplementary certifications or courses in marketing are considered a valuable asset;
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable marketing or communications role;
- Comfortable using marketing platforms and tools, such as WordPress, social media schedulers, and project/task management systems;
- Knowledge of graphic design and experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
