Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate content requests across departments to develop engaging and timely content;
- Collaborate closely with the company’s Marketing Agency to ensure alignment with overall strategies;
- Utilize design software to create artwork that complements marketing initiatives effectively;
- Enhance the company’s social media presence and engagement with our target audience;
- Assist in managing online platforms to maintain a cohesive online presence;
- Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports;
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies;
- Assist in crafting and implementing a digital marketing plan across social media channels;
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing;
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials;
- Provide regular reports and collaborate closely with management, taking initiative when necessary.
Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field will be considered an asset;
- Basic experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management;
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies is a plus;
- Be fluent in both English and Maltese.
