- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing product appeal and brand awareness using data-driven insights for informed decision-making;
- Perform in-depth market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies;
- Collaborate with branch and division managers to provide tailored marketing support, ensuring alignment with the overarching company strategy and business objectives;
- Optimize budgets to achieve marketing goals, maximizing resources to deliver impactful results;
- Prepare and present detailed reports and actionable insights to directors, including data-backed recommendations;
- Lead a versatile team with diverse skill sets, offering mentorship, setting clear KPIs, and fostering professional growth through hands-on leadership;
- Develop engaging marketing content for multiple platforms, including digital media, print, and events, to effectively communicate the brand message;
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity by defining and maintaining a cohesive brand strategy, positioning, and vision across all portfolios;
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of visual branding elements, ensuring consistency across all communication channels;
- Use market research and customer feedback to refine branding initiatives and foster stronger customer loyalty;
- Strategize, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and other online advertising methods;
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizing future efforts;
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions;
- Maintain and enhance the company’s website and digital presence to ensure relevance and optimal performance;
- Organise and execute promotional and internal events that resonate with the target audience;
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate seamless event logistics.
Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within the hospitality, real estate, or service industries;
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Proven track record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results;
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media strategies;
- Skilled in creating compelling content and visually engaging presentations that resonate with target audiences;
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams;
- In-depth knowledge of the Maltese market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
