Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing product appeal and brand awareness using data-driven insights for informed decision-making;
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies;
  • Collaborate with branch and division managers to provide tailored marketing support, ensuring alignment with the overarching company strategy and business objectives;
  • Optimize budgets to achieve marketing goals, maximizing resources to deliver impactful results;
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and actionable insights to directors, including data-backed recommendations;
  • Lead a versatile team with diverse skill sets, offering mentorship, setting clear KPIs, and fostering professional growth through hands-on leadership;
  • Develop engaging marketing content for multiple platforms, including digital media, print, and events, to effectively communicate the brand message;
  • Strengthen the company’s brand identity by defining and maintaining a cohesive brand strategy, positioning, and vision across all portfolios;
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of visual branding elements, ensuring consistency across all communication channels;
  • Use market research and customer feedback to refine branding initiatives and foster stronger customer loyalty;
  • Strategize, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and other online advertising methods;
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizing future efforts;
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions;
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s website and digital presence to ensure relevance and optimal performance;
  • Organise and execute promotional and internal events that resonate with the target audience;
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate seamless event logistics.

Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within the hospitality, real estate, or service industries;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
  • Proven track record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results;
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media strategies;
  • Skilled in creating compelling content and visually engaging presentations that resonate with target audiences;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Maltese market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
