Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align strategies with overall company objectives;
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to the Turkish market, with a focus on the iGaming industry;
  • Create and execute innovative online advertising campaigns to maximize brand exposure across multiple digital channels;
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring effective audience engagement and brand positioning;
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI;
  • Monitor trends in the Turkish iGaming market and adapt marketing efforts to remain competitive and relevant;
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives across departments;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness;
  • Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as required by the company.

Experience

  • Possess 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of the Turkish gaming market;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and campaign analysis;
  • Experience in creating and managing visually appealing marketing materials;
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is essential for effective communication and market understanding.
