- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations;
- Lead and supervise a team of approximately 9-12 employees across multiple departments;
- Monitor and refine workflows to promote efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration;
- Uphold a clean, organized, and productive office environment;
- Assess employee performance and manage staffing decisions, including recruitment and terminations;
- Act as a key point of contact for company directors, providing updates on team performance and operational issues;
- Collaborate with different departments to identify challenges and implement process improvements.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative and leadership roles;
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively resolve conflicts;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Fluency in Maltese is essential.
