Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations;
  • Lead and supervise a team of approximately 9-12 employees across multiple departments;
  • Monitor and refine workflows to promote efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration;
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and productive office environment;
  • Assess employee performance and manage staffing decisions, including recruitment and terminations;
  • Act as a key point of contact for company directors, providing updates on team performance and operational issues;
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify challenges and implement process improvements.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative and leadership roles;
  • Proven ability to lead teams and effectively resolve conflicts;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Fluency in Maltese is essential.
