Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Update and maintain client database regularly, ensuring all contact details are current and accurate;
  • Verify and validate client information to minimize errors and duplicates in the database;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and confirm client data, ensuring consistency and reliability;
  • Assist with data entry tasks and uphold data confidentiality and security protocols;
  • Provide support to the administration team with additional tasks as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry or administration is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining the integrity of our client database.
