Company Introduction
Our client is a leader in Malta’s renewable energy sector.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Update and maintain client database regularly, ensuring all contact details are current and accurate;
- Verify and validate client information to minimize errors and duplicates in the database;
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and confirm client data, ensuring consistency and reliability;
- Assist with data entry tasks and uphold data confidentiality and security protocols;
- Provide support to the administration team with additional tasks as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or administration is preferred but not mandatory;
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English is essential.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
