Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee installation, repair, and maintenance operations;
  • Keep customer records updated and well-organised in the internal database;
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive operational and performance reports;
  • Forward sales opportunities and leads to the relevant Sales team members;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently;
  • Identify and understand customer requirements and preferences;
  • Support technical teams with planning and scheduling of tasks;
  • Review and improve internal workflows and operational processes;
  • Handle the processing of customer orders with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Manage daily communications, including inbound and outbound calls;
  • Organise logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
  • Prepare and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission;
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to support daily activities.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position;
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent command of both Maltese and English, in spoken and written form;
  • Highly organised with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities;
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
