Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and oversee installation, repair, and maintenance operations;
- Keep customer records updated and well-organised in the internal database;
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive operational and performance reports;
- Forward sales opportunities and leads to the relevant Sales team members;
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently;
- Identify and understand customer requirements and preferences;
- Support technical teams with planning and scheduling of tasks;
- Review and improve internal workflows and operational processes;
- Handle the processing of customer orders with accuracy and timeliness;
- Manage daily communications, including inbound and outbound calls;
- Organise logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- Prepare and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission;
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to support daily activities.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position;
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
Personal Skills
- Excellent command of both Maltese and English, in spoken and written form;
- Highly organised with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities;
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
