Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Align warehouse management with the company’s values, policies, and vision;
• Supervise operations involving incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance;
• Maximize efficient use of warehouse space;
• Responsible for quality control;
• Ensure optimum resource allocation;
• Create, coordinate, and implement optimal operational policies and procedures;
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve organisational goals;
• Adhere to all regulations regarding warehousing, handling, and shipping;
• Uphold high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security;
• Control stock and reconcile it with the data storage system;
• Investigate stock discrepancies within one week and report findings to the CFOO;
• Work together with the CFOO to prepare annual budget and KPIs related to the Warehouse Department;
• Communicate with clients and transportation companies;
• Plan and assign work schedules, and evaluate performance;
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees;
• Generate regular reports and statistics;
• Collect feedback and monitor service quality;
• Oversee and utilize security systems and maintenance;
• Streamline the route planning process;
• Ensure best practices across all operations;
• Lead by example, motivating the team and fostering a collaborative environment.

Experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations or Warehouse Manager, preferably within the FMCG industry;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
