Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the organization;
  • Aid in the training and growth of team members;
  • Work towards achieving optimal customer satisfaction, in alignment with our organizational policies;
  • Contribute to overseeing and enhancing the overall performance of the organization;
  • Continuously refine and enhance the Company’s operational processes, analyzing outcomes and profitability, and providing constructive feedback to relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Employ relevant systems to streamline organizational functions;
  • Provide support across all departments;
  • Facilitate recruitment, training, goal-setting, performance appraisal, and development of team members to ensure objectives are met;
  • Regularly report progress, adhering to agreed-upon schedules;
  • Delegate authority and responsibilities to team members, with appropriate supervision, accountability, and review;
  • Exercise responsible resource management to maintain budgetary controls;
  • Uphold organizational policies and procedures at all times;
  • Foster positive interactions and collaboration with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Have a good understanding of financial statements, finance processes and procedures;
  • Experienced in the use of common business IT programs like Office365;
  • Thorough understanding of business processes and management;
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English.
