Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and motivate a team, offering guidance, training, and assistance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and supervise projects involving document scanning, digitization, storage, and disposal, effectively managing timelines, resources, and client expectations;
- Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and best practices concerning document management, data protection, and information security;
- Enforce adherence to all ISO processes while upholding stringent quality control procedures;
- Monitor and assess operational metrics to identify areas for enhancement, report on crucial performance indicators, and propose improvements;
- Foster collaboration with clients to gain insight into their specific document management requirements, address concerns, and cultivate strong, productive relationships.
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, ideally within the document management, archiving, or a related sector;
- Established leadership acumen, showcasing the capability to inspire and lead teams effectively;
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English languages;
- Prior experience with cloud-based software platforms will be regarded as a valuable asset.
