Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general administrative support to Lawyers in their day-to-day tasks;
- Assist with the drafting and editing of legal documentation;
- Manage and organise files to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the team;
- Handle incoming calls and support clients with administrative queries;
- Assist with internal reporting systems and documentation;
- Manage emails, calendars, and correspondence;
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings;
- Provide support at the court registry when required.
Experience
- A’ Level standard of education;
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a legal environment will be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
- Strong command of Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
