Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to Lawyers in their day-to-day tasks;
  • Assist with the drafting and editing of legal documentation;
  • Manage and organise files to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the team;
  • Handle incoming calls and support clients with administrative queries;
  • Assist with internal reporting systems and documentation;
  • Manage emails, calendars, and correspondence;
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings;
  • Provide support at the court registry when required.

Experience

  • A’ Level standard of education;
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a legal environment will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Strong command of Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
