Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high-quality service delivery;
  • Process complex investment transactions accurately and within required timeframes;
  • Liaise with professional intermediaries to coordinate tax, legal, and investment-related matters;
  • Ensure statutory records are maintained accurately and kept up to date at all times;
  • Conduct periodic entity reviews in line with assigned risk classifications;
  • Respond to queries raised through compliance monitoring processes;
  • Support the onboarding of new business by coordinating with the compliance team;
  • Process both internal and external payments in a timely manner;
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding fees and debtor balances;
  • Collect, review, and analyse financial data relevant to client entities;
  • Review and assess the suitability of appointed third parties, including financial and investment advisors;
  • Liaise with internal departments on accounting and taxation matters;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries via telephone and written correspondence;
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required;
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable legislation;
  • Proactively escalate issues to the line manager where necessary;
  • Follow all compliance and risk management procedures;
  • Deliver a high standard of client service within agreed deadlines.

Experience

  • Ideally educated to A-Level standard or higher;
  • Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients is required;
  • Experience in a similar role within financial services, corporate services, or a related environment will be considered an asset;
  • Good level of numeracy and proficiency in computer applications.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
