- Assist partners and lawyers with daily tasks and responsibilities;
- Coordinate and organize attendance at conferences;
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for partners;
- Maintain office systems, including paper-based and electronic filing;
- Handle calls and address clients’ administrative needs;
- Assist with billing processes and internal reporting;
- Manage email correspondence and calendars;
- Prepare for meetings and welcome clients.
Experience
- Possess an A’ level standard of education;
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel;
- Previos experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
Personal Skills
- Communicate fluently in both English and Maltese;
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
