Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the partners and lawyers in the day-to-day tasks and activities;
- Manage conferences attendance and organisation;
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners;
- Maintain office systems including paper and electronic filing;
- Handle calls and manage clients’ administrative needs;
- Assist with billing and internal reporting systems;
- Be responsible for email and calendar management;
- Prepare meetings and greet clients.
Experience
- Hold an A’ level Standard of education;
- Be fluent in both English and Maltese;
- Be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Have organisational skills;
- Be attentive to detail.
