Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the partners and lawyers in the day-to-day tasks and activities;
  • Manage conferences attendance and organisation;
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners;
  • Maintain office systems including paper and electronic filing;
  • Handle calls and manage clients’ administrative needs;
  • Assist with billing and internal reporting systems;
  • Be responsible for email and calendar management;
  • Prepare meetings and greet clients.


  • Hold an A’ level Standard of education;
  • Be fluent in both English and Maltese;
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
