Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests;
  • Schedule meetings;
  • Prepare reports and presentations;
  • Carry out background research and present findings;
  • Ensure the General Manager is well prepared for meetings;
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and staff;
  • Accurately record meeting minutes;
  • Carry out specific projects and research.


  • Hold a tertiary qualification;
  • Possess advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.

Personal Skills

  • Highly organized character;
  • Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision;
  • Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
