Company Introduction

Our client is a company that provides bespoke luxury travel services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organise overseas travels for the Director, including flights, accommodation and transportation;
  • Manage databases and filling systems;
  • Conduct or prepare any research that the Director may require;
  • Be the first line of contact for the company’s consultants;
  • Support the Director on a day-to-day basis;
  • Any other tasks may be required from time to time.

Experience

  • Have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and quoting;
  • Have excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of French and/or German would be considered an asset;
  • Must be residing in Malta.

  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
  • Be a problem-solver;
