Company Introduction
Our client is a leading healthcare distributor.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Notify suppliers of any discrepancies found in incoming consignments compared to the original invoice;
- Accurately and promptly record new stock consignments;
- Submit customs entries via the Malta Customs online portal to facilitate goods clearance;
- Oversee location transfers within the inventory system;
- Assist sales managers by providing insights on stock levels, expiry dates, and product margins;
- Update product stock cards, including price changes and other necessary adjustments;
- Report to management on products approaching their expiry date;
- Process orders for replenishing inventory as required;
- Verify and update stock levels in the system for items returned from retail outlets;
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies by performing stock adjustments within the required timeframe;
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
Experience
- Hold an O’ level standard of education or an equivalent qualification;
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Word and Excel;
- Prior experience in inventory management will be considered an asset.
