Our client is a software company that specializes in developing software solutions to streamline client onboarding and compliance checks. 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising engineers, product managers, and designers to develop and deliver exceptional features;
  • Draft comprehensive product specifications detailing requirements, functionality, and user flows, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives;
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through to launch and go-to-market strategies;
  • Represent the voice of the customer by incorporating stakeholder feedback to address client challenges and market demands in product development;
  • Drive product enhancements by analyzing competitor strategies and staying ahead of market trends;
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product launches and successful go-to-market execution;
  • Support client acquisition and retention efforts by evolving the product to meet user needs and expectations;
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate success, identify areas for growth, and refine product strategies;
  • Take initiative and maintain a hands-on approach to continuous learning, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Experience

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Technology or Business;
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS sector;
  • Have extensive experience in crafting comprehensive product specifications, translating business needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams;
  • Have direct experience managing all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond;
  • Possess a deep understanding of software development processes and SaaS ecosystem dynamics;
  • Communicate fluently in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
