Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee cross-functional teams in the creation of slot games, managing the process from initial concept to final release;
• Identify and prioritize game features, incorporate user feedback, and spearhead ongoing enhancements;
• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams, using market insights and competitive analysis to create games that meet market expectations.

Experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in slot game development, with a strong focus on probability or product design planning, including active involvement in the development of at least 10 games;
• Have more than 10 years of overall experience in game development;
• Solid understanding of game design principles and expertise in analyzing player behavior.

Personal Skills

• Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration;
• Deep enthusiasm for the gaming industry, particularly online and casino games;
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
