Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyse current reservation processes;
- Monitor and coordinate planned digitalisation projects;
- Ensure that the processes of the company’s projects are accelerated;
- Take care of the preparation of projects as well as setting up new systems with suitable content;
- Report and document intermediate and final results;
- Evaluate the project implementation;
- Conduct training on new systems and processes;
- Responsible for a smooth project flow and coordinate all departments involved;
- Support the company’s individual and group reservations team in daily tasks;
- Willing to travel regularly to the corporate office in Munich.
Experience
- Have a professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management;
- Have 3+ years of experience in Front Office and/or (Group-)Reservations;
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a project management role or similar position;
- Have working experience with diverse reservation systems, such as PMS, CRS, ticketing systems, commission systems, and chat bots;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems;
- Excellent written & spoken English and German.
