Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyse current reservation processes;
  • Monitor and coordinate planned digitalisation projects;
  • Ensure that the processes of the company’s projects are accelerated;
  • Take care of the preparation of projects as well as setting up new systems with suitable content;
  • Report and document intermediate and final results;
  • Evaluate the project implementation;
  • Conduct training on new systems and processes;
  • Responsible for a smooth project flow and coordinate all departments involved;
  • Support the company’s individual and group reservations team in daily tasks;
  • Willing to travel regularly to the corporate office in Munich.


  • Have a professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management;
  • Have 3+ years of experience in Front Office and/or (Group-)Reservations;
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a project management role or similar position;
  • Have working experience with diverse reservation systems, such as PMS, CRS, ticketing systems, commission systems, and chat bots;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems;
  • Excellent written & spoken English and German.
